1. Booking and Payment: a. A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of the booked photo package, special event, or photo session is required to secure the booking date. b. The remaining balance is payable in two equal installments: the first due at the half-way point between the booking date and the date of the event, and the final payment due seven (7) days before the event date. c. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, and/or our website using several major credit cards.
2. Cancellation and Refunds: a. The retainer fee is non-refundable. b. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days before the event will result in a 50% charge of the total agreed-upon fee.
3. Rescheduling: a. Clients may reschedule the event once, subject to availability. b. Any additional rescheduling will incur a fee of $250.
4. Client Cooperation: a. The client agrees to provide reasonable cooperation to the photographer for the successful execution of services. b. Any delays caused by the client may impact the coverage and are not the responsibility of the photographer.
5. Image Delivery: a. The photographer will deliver a minimum of thirty (30) to sixty (60) edited images per hour of photography (depending on the type of event photographed), provided within 2 weeks of the event or photo shoot. b. The images will be delivered in an online gallery or via memory card(s).
6. Copyright and Usage: a. The photographer retains copyright to all images. b. Clients are granted personal use rights only and may not sell or publish the images without written permission.
7. Model Release: a. The client grants the photographer the right to use images for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.
8. Force Majeure: a. The photographer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control.
9. Travel and Accommodation: a. Travel fees and accommodation expenses may apply for events located beyond the Los Angeles County, California. b. Specific travel and accommodation arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
10. Sales Tax Clause: 9.5% sales tax will be applied to all sales transactions. This tax is calculated based on the total purchase amount and will be added to the invoiced sum. Clients are responsible for the payment of applicable sales tax in accordance with local tax regulations. The sales tax rate is subject to change based on any revisions to local tax laws.
10. Dispute Resolution: a. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings.

1. Refund Policy: a. All retainer fees made towards booking our photography services are non-refundable. b. In the event of cancellation by the client, for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days before the event (for wedding photography coverage) and less than 14 days (for other special events or photo shoots) will result in a 50% charge of the total agreed-upon fee.
2. Service Disputes: a. In the rare case of dissatisfaction with our services, the client is required to notify us within 14 days of receiving the images. b. We will make every reasonable effort to address and resolve any concerns raised by the client.
3. Event Cancellation: a. In the unlikely event of the photographer being unable to fulfill the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments made will be provided to the client.
4. Image Quality: a. While we strive to deliver high-quality images, the subjective nature of photography may result in variations in artistic style. b. Refunds will not be issued based on differences in artistic interpretation.
5. Force Majeure: a. In the case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, or illness), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Image Delivery and Quality: a. We commit to delivering a minimum number of edited images within 14 days. b. Any concerns regarding the quality or quantity of delivered images must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the images.
7. Rescheduling: a. If the client needs to reschedule the event, every effort will be made to accommodate the new date. However, additional charges may apply.
8. Changes to Services: a. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes made after the initial booking.
